Can I say the scale moved!

Hello World,

So yesterday was a tough day, I could tell my body was going through a little bit of detox. I had a headache and I peed like a racehorse lol! But overall it was a good day. I went to the gym but noticed I didn't have has much energy as I usually do ,so I decided to take it easy. I lifted weights focusing on my chest and then I jogged for 10 mins on the treadmill and rode the bike for 15 mins and I was beat after the little workout.  All I could think about was the fantastic salad I was going to eat when I got home. I ate a total of 2,890 calories and I could not believe it!! So many calories but from good foods. My meal plan yesterday was as follows.

7:00 Green Smoothie- Kale, Hemp Protein, Raw Protein powder, 4 strawberries and 1 banana

9:00 4 Bananas

11:00 2 apples and 1 cup of cherries

5:00 (after a long nap) 1 banana

6:00(after my workout) Green Smoothie

8:30 Green Salad- Spinach leaves, Strawberries, mushrooms, tomatoes w/ homemade avocado dressing-2 avocados, tomatoes, cilantro, habanero peppers, lemon juice and cucumbers.
  I also had some homemade guacamole with the same ingredients minus the cucumbers. And I ate that with some rice crackers which were not 100% raw but until I make my own crackers those will be good enough.

This was the first time ever that I had made my own salad dressing and it was so good! I am starting out today with a green smoothie and a banana. Let me tell you that I woke up in the greatest mood!!! I hopped on my sister's scale because my scale has not been very accurate lately. Last Wednesday I weighed in at 174.6 and today I weighed in at 168.5!!!!!!! I was so excited!!! Who would think that I could eat 2,890 calories and still lose weight!

  2. you are doing great. I just got restarted today as well. Was eating too many nuts last week. The scale hasnt moved for me, but i feel better. Keep up the fabulous work
